Deeply cultivating color fastness: why can our denim become the industry's "color cow"?

Created on 03.10
After fifteen years of experience in the denim industry, the most common question I am asked is: "How many times will this batch of fabric fade after washing?"
This made me realize that color fastness is the true watershed of denim quality.
Ordinary denim may be able to create a fashionable look for a season, but true "color cows" - defined as those denim fabrics that can withstand the test of time - need to withstand more than 30 washes to maintain their original color.
How to refine the quality of "colored cattle"?
Firstly, dye penetration technology. We use special ring spun yarn, combined with high-pressure infiltration dyeing technology, to make indigo dye not only adhere to the surface, but truly embed into the fiber core.
Next is the precise control of the washing process. From fermentation and washing to stone grinding, each process has strict data standards, rather than relying on experience to 'approximate'.
The most important thing is the persistence in color fastness standards. From the first batch of fabric samples to mass production, we insist on using internationally recognized grayscale ratings to ensure that every size of fabric can withstand inspection. As a denim factory that has been deeply involved in the industry for many years, we deeply understand that what customers want is not just a piece of fabric, but a reliable partner who can work together for a long time.
If you are also looking for a "color cow" partner that can withstand the test of time, please feel free to contact and exchange ideas.
